There is gold to be made crafting housing decor items for player hosing.
In order to craft the items you need the recipe, you can try find those in game in unlearned recipe to see where to learn them. Or go on Wowhead and find from where the recipe comes from.
In order to craft the items you need lumber from the same expansion as the recipe, this is a new type of material. It cannot be bought or sold on the ah its warbound, so you need to farm it yourself. You need to either complete the quest lumber for you or buy and axe in order to see the wood and farm it, both is located in the housing area.
