Speed Up Heavy Callous Hide Skinning Farming

First step is to make sure you have your learned shadowlands skinning.  

-Enchant Gloves - Shadowlands Gathering You should enchant your hands to make your gathering speed faster in Shadowlands. Alternatively, you can use Darkmoon firewater, which allows you to gather faster for 1 hour. This will work in all areas and with herbalism, mining, and skinning. Just make sure to get the right one with the tooltip saying "Allows faster gathering of resources and slightly increases your size for 1 hour." Because there are 2 things called Darkmoon Firewater.

-Comfortable Rider's Barding. is a mount equipment, you can equip this will prevent you from being dazed/dismounted while farming. You can craft it yourself with leatherworking or just buy it on the auction house.

Heavy Callous Hide Route 1 – Ardenweald

This is the best route to farm Heavy Callous Hide, unless there is competition here. You just need to move around inside the area and kill and skin: Runestalker, Juvenile Runedeer, Runestag, Greater Ardenmoth.

Heavy Callous Hide Route 2 – Bastion

Alternative spot, if you need another spot. You just need to move around inside the area and kill and skin: Roaming Cloudracer, Goldenback Grazer.

Heavy Callous Hide Route 3 – Maldraxxus

Alternative spot, if you need another spot. You just need to move around inside the area and kill and skin: Neonate Bonetooth, Bloodskin Tauralus, Furious Alphahoof.

Heavy Callous Hide Route 4 – Ardenweald

Alternative spot, if you need another spot. You just need to move around inside the area and kill and skin: Skittish Runefoal, Silentwing Ardenmoth, Highland Bull, Highland Runestag, Highland Runedeer, Wild Ragewing.
