Heavy Hide farming

I will recommend you to be in skinning skill 180, then you have a higher chance to get the heavy hide.

Heavy Hide has a really low drop chance, but the best place to farm it is in the dungeon Uldaman in Badlands.
Skin all scorpid, bats and basilisks to get heavy hide then you can run out and reset then do it again.
You can max do 10 instance runs in an hour.
